School Programs

No, if you have completed full payment that secures your child’s place on the programme. If we require any extra information, we will contact you. If not, we will see you at the first session.

NO, all ages & abilities are welcome. The fun-based sessions are tailored to ensure all players are involved and enjoy the sessions.



No, the kits are an optional extra. Shin pads are advised however players will still be able to participate without them.

No, we will assume responsibility for the children for the duration of the session.



In extreme weather conditions sessions will be cancelled and parents notified via SMS & Facebook.



Anything that is comfortable. Shorts, t-shirt, runners/boots. Soccer boots are not essential.



The coaches will be set up on the field / court prior to the start of the session.



We can organise to pick up TK – Kinder students from class upon request (please contact your local Area Manager). All other age groups will meet our coaches at the session location (field / courts).

Yes, we accept AKV’s for any programme running in NSW, Australia ONLY.  When registering, if the AKV discount is not applied during the checkout, please email your AKV 16 digit number to secretary@sports-x.com.au .  We will process your AKV and refund the voucher amount to you.

No, the sports kits and merchandise are ‘optional’ extras.

The sports kits will be handed out at the session by week 2 of the program. If your child is not present at the session, we will leave the kit at the school office.

We will always run a make up session to ensure participants get the full amount of sessions.

We will notify parents via SMS and email.

No, Boots are not essential. However, if you do have them we recommend wearing them.

We recommend players wear shin pads for our Soccer programs if they own a pair. The majority of the sessions are non contact therefore we do not make them mandatory but strongly advice wearing them.

Yes, our programs are designed for players of all abilities. We provide a fun & educational environment to ensure all players feel welcome and involved every session.

We split the groups according to age & ability. In cases where we have a small number, players may be mixed with players of a different age, however, our coaches are trained in order to ensure the players are all stimulated and safe throughout.

Yes, you can register for the program at any time. The full program fee will apply.

Soccer, Basketball, Tag Rugby, Soft Ball, Handball, Athletics, T-Ball, AFL, Flag Football, Kwik Cricket

We provide a range of programs from 2 years old all the way through to 14 years. Programs begin with our Little X programs, moving into School programs, Mini Leagues and School holiday camps. Please browse through our website for programs near you or contact your local Area manager via the website or social pages.

No, parents are free to drop off and pick up at the relevant times.
